AA. Registered Owner/Address, VIN (Chassis Number), Engine
Number and Built/Compliance Plate Date.
A. Service History, Ownership and Odometer reading.
B. All exterior/body panels for paint and/or panel repairs, rust.
C. Tyres, Wheel, Glass, Mirrors and Windows.
D. Engine compartment components incl, oil levels, power
steering, alternator, air-cond. compressor condition of
hoses/pipes and fluid dampness.
E. Functioning of interior items such as instruments, window
and mirror operation, lights, wipers/washers, parking brake,
air-conditioning, carpet/upholstery etc.
D. Road testing for abnormal driving noises, wheel alignment,
functioning of odometer warning lights, gear shifting, clutch
and brake performance.
E. Underbody check for brake disc wear, catalytic converter,
drive shafts, shoch absorbers, rear axle/differential etc.

FOLLOW THESE 4 EASY STEPS TO GET YOUR INSPECTION BOOKED:
STEP 1. Call us on 1300 3030 12 and provide the sellers phone number and we arrange a mutually convenient time for the inspection with the seller at the earliest possible time. For your information we will sent an SMS with the exact time/date.
STEP 2. The Inspection report will be emailed to you by 6:00 PM on the date of the inspection if not earlier. An SMS will be sent once the report is available. If there is any delay, or if requested by you a summary inspection report can be sent immediately after the inspection is completed.
STEP 3. A 4 page, 100 point Detailed Report will be sent to your nominated e-mail address by 6:00 PM on the day of the Inspection, providing you with all the necessary detailed information, to complete your purchase. Details include VIN, Engine, and Registration Numbers, as well as details of the Registered owner etc.
STEP 4. By providing your Credit Card details you confirm the booking. The Credit Card debit will not be processed until the commencement of the inspection. If you prefer yopu may transfer funds electronically or pay by cash.

We accept your booking in person Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on the Weekend from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (before 1:00 PM please leave details of the inspection, we will confirm details during the early afternoon with you and guarantee a inspection time for Monday).
N.B. If you prefer to be present at the Inspection you must be punctual and pay by cash only. The Inspector may be early and will start the Inspection when he arrives. He will however wait for up to 45 minutes after the originally booked Inspection time. If you are present the report will be handed to you on completion of the Inspection.

We check for accident damage, corrosion, paint and panel repairs and much more.........................where necessary we will conduct the appropriate tests (pneumatic, pressure, hydrometer tests etc) or do whatever is deemed necessary by the Inspector to ascertain the quality of the vehicle.

Erich is our Principal Inspector. Erich served his motor mechanic apprenticeship on petrol powered cars and diesel powered trucks in EUROPE (Germany) prior to migrating to Australia in 1968. Since coming to Australia Erich has worked as service manager right here in Sydney. He was also Dealer Principal and Managing Director of some very large car dealerships, holding franchises as diverse as Toyota, Holden, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, BMW and Volvo before starting his own Car Solutions Motor Vehicle Consultants business in 1996. Some of these dealerships were or had NRMA APPROVED used car departments/outlets. So, you can rest assured Erich knows not only what it is all about, but he knows a quality car whenm he sees one. During this time Erich had up to 20 motor mechanics working for him. As dealer principal Erich supervised the buying and selling of thousands of used motor vehicles. You might say he knows the tricks of the trade. So, any Car Solutions inspection is much more than a mechanical check!

We literally check the vehicle from the top of the roof to the bottom of the tyres, and from the front bumper bar to the rear bumper bar. If a nudge bar is fitted we start even further forward and if a tow bar is fitted as well we go even further back. Individual components that are inspected are listed!
