Here is what to do:
1. Write down your questions and remember there are no dumb questions. We answer anything that relates to new or used car buying, general servicing,
or even parts and accessories.
Unfortunately we do not provide specific repair advice. Repair assessment is best left to a mechanic who has a workshop and the appropriate
diagnostic equipment. Erich started as a Mechanic in Germany and finished as the CEO of large Sydney Car Dealerships before he started his own
Car Solutions Motor Vehicle Consultants business. He has carried out almost 1,000 Pre-Purchase Inspections, sold and bought hundreds of cars.
He understands all aspects of both a small car yard or big multi franchise dealer operation. He has the inside information to help you to get a better deal,
not paying too much for servicing and he knows where to find cheaper spare parts etc. Erich knows cars inside out, You Ask, he will answer. Easy.

3. Have your Visa or Master Credit Card ready. The maximum is capped at $55, or $5.50 per question.
4. Ask as many questions as you like, either by Phone, e-mail,. or twitter, the choice is yours.
5. We will Bill you by the number of questions you have had answered or by time, which ever is the lower. Easy. You will never be charged more than
you agreed to pay - Guaranteed. The maximum Fee is capped at $55.00

Please note we only provide general advice. By that we mean we know where and what to do in general terms, but not necessarily specific to your location.
For example a good question would be where will I get the best deal on a used car given that I have a Trade-In? And the answer would be: In some Towns/Cities
there are Auction Houses that sell cars at Fixed Prices (Not at Auction) and they will often take Trade-in's as well, saving you potentially thousands on Dealer
Prices. We may, but would NOT necessarily know the specific Auctions name in your Town.
We know where to get the car serviced and what to do, as well as what not to do in general terms but not specifically as it relates to a particular problem. In other
words we would suggest that a non-Franchised Dealer would be cheaper to use than a Franchised Dealer, however we would not recommend one specific
non-Franchised repairer over another. There are good and bad to be found every where. There are however some precautions one can take. We know what those are and they
will potentially save you several hundred dollars if not thousands over the life of your car. But, you got to Ask.

No, problem we can assist there as well. Auctions sell good cars and bad cars, so, yes you do have to be careful. But, you can save thousands
if buying smart and selecting the right car. We can assist by attending the auction with you and assist with Auction pre registration, bidding etc. Many
Auctions also have FIXED PRICE sales, where you pay less than you would expect to pay a dealer, but you still get all the protection a dealer would offer.
