CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AN INSPECTION
1. We accept your booking on the condition that the Booking is firm and that you will pay the agreed price by either Cash, Electronic Fund Transfer or by
Credit Card. Should we have carried out an inspection ordered by you and your Credit Card provider declines to approve the charge agreed to, we will
retry to debit your Credit Card until we are succesful in obtaining an authorisation for the money actually owed, plus a $25 service Fee.
2. A cancellation Fee of $25 will be charged where we have invested time, effort and phone calls in trying to organise an Inspection. No Fee will be
charged where the Inspection is cancelled without any effort on our behalf.
3. Where we have commenced to travel to an inspection, whether partially or all the way we will charge only for the time spent travelling. We allow the
following times. Forty minutes travel to an Inspection, forty minutes for the actual Inspection and forty minutes either return to base or to the next
Inspection.
3.1. We charge for each forty minutes $73.33 including GST. If we have travelled 1/2 way towards an Inspection before the Inspection is cancelled we
will apply a charge of 1/2 of $73.33 for our travel out and the same amount for the return trip. Total charge $73.33. If we arrive at the destination,
but have not commenced the Inspection, we will charge $73.33 x 2 for a total of $146.66. Once an Inspection is commenced the full amount
agreed to is payable.
4. Where you ask to be present for the Inspection you have to be on time. If you are more than 40 minutes late, the waiting time is charged at increments of
$30 per 20 minutes or part thereof.
